Last Friday we had a very keen team of runners take part in the CCC Cross Country at Hylton Moore Oval. The children all gave their best and had a go at the long and winding course through soccer, AFL and league fields. A huge thank you to the teachers Mrs Jones and Mrs Hughes for accompanying the runners to the event. A special thank you to the St Mary’s volunteers for offering to be parent helpers out on the course.
We congratulate Sasha R and Addison W who were both 1st in the 8years and 9years girls events respectively. Chloe S was also 3rd in the 10years event. This is an outstanding achievement from our young girls.
